VELIUM LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Thank you for choosing Velium. We are committed to delivering our elite beauty tools with transparency and care. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. PROCESSING TIMES All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-3 business days. During this time, we verify your payment, perform a quality check on your product, and prepare it for dispatch. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES (UNITED STATES) To ensure the best value and access to our latest technology, we ship our products directly from our international fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 8-15 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 10-18 business days from the moment of purchase for your Velium tool to arrive at your door.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

3. FREE INSURED SHIPPING & TRACKING We are proud to offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number provided within 24-72 hours after processing.

  • Insurance: Your shipment is insured against loss or damage during transit. If the carrier loses the package before it reaches your address, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • Incorrect Information: Velium is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Package Theft (Porch Piracy): Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Velium’s liability ends. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps, porches, or mailboxes after a successful delivery has been confirmed. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a workplace if you are concerned about security.

5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES Velium covers standard shipping fees; however, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
