Velium offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Velium. Our intellectual property, including but not limited to our logos, trademarks, product names (including "Velium"), website design, images, and marketing copy, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Velium.

SECTION 2 - PROHIBITED USES AND UNAUTHORIZED RESALE In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

 

Unauthorized Resale: This website is intended for retail sales to individual consumers only. Purchase of any Velium products for the purpose of unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SECTION 3 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND PRODUCT MISUSE Velium provides high-quality hair styling tools. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Proper Use: You are responsible for reading and following all safety instructions provided with the product.

  2. Assumption of Risk: Heat-based styling tools involve inherent risks. Velium shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury or property damage, resulting from the misuse, negligent handling, or failure to follow safety protocols by the customer.

  3. Maximum Liability: In no case shall Velium, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any amount exceeding the price paid by the customer for the product.

SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW (WYOMING JURISDICTION) These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Velium and you shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wyoming.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
